Raven is the Office Manager and all-around patient care guru at Vulcan Wellness & Aesthetics. With a career rooted in the medical field, Raven combines her love of helping others with her gift for creating a warm, organized, and inviting environment.  

When she’s not assisting in making the office run like clockwork, you can usually find her at home or traveling the country with her husband of 11 years, Jeff; attending her son Conner's football games or ensemble performances at Jacksonville State University while he pursues his career in Percussion;  hanging out with her three stepchildren Turner, Clay and Lanie in their spare time while they are spread out across the state; attending every Pilates class she possibly can squeeze into her week; or spending time taking care of her aging parents.  Her energy, empathy and dedication shine through in everything she does-both at work and at home.  

Hey!  I’m Shelby — I’m 23 and have been a licensed aesthetician for two years now. I got my start in the derm world, and I’m so excited to help you transform your skin and feel your best! I’m also a proud mom to the spunkiest little one-year-old boy. Outside of work, I’m usually checking out new restaurants, spending time with my family, or sneaking in a little travel when I can. I can’t wait to meet you and help you reach your skincare goals!

My name is Julie Whaley, and I have been a licensed aesthetician since 2005. I am passionate about helping clients look and feel their very best while achieving healthy, radiant skin. Building lasting relationships and creating customized skincare experiences are what I love most about my work.

Outside of the treatment room, my husband Scott and I enjoy spending time with our four children — Keeley, Zac, Lowen, and Oli — cheering them on in their activities and enjoying family adventures together.

Hi! I’m Missy Harmon, and I’ve been part of the Vulcan team for a little over a year. One of my favorite parts of working here is seeing our patients achieve their weight loss goals—it’s incredibly rewarding to witness their transformation and confidence grow.

I’ve always had a passion for working with people and children, which continues to inspire me every day. I’m a proud mom of two and a very proud Mimi to Fields (8) and Ridge (4)—they bring endless joy and energy to my life.

Outside of work, you can usually find me gardening, cooking, or spending time with my family—especially during baseball season!

Emily graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2007 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She spent seven years working in critical care before stepping away to focus on raising a family.  Together with her husband BJ, she has three children, Benjamin, Evie, and Caleb.  In 2022, she returned to nursing with a brief time in interventional radiology before finding her true home at Vulcan.

As the lead nurse at Vulcan, Emily is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. She manages the clinical side of the practice, overseeing everything from lab results to prior authorizations, and ensures that every patient concern is handled efficiently with compassion and care. Emily takes great pride in maintaining high standards and keeping the clinic running smoothly each day.

Outside of work, you can find Emily spending time with her family, traveling whenever possible, and cheering on her kids at their many sports and activities – all while embracing the beautiful chaos of her busy life.

Reanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she brings experience from both clinical and acute care settings. In addition to her role here at Vulcan, Reanna also works in a nearby Pediatric ICU as well as an Adult Emergency Department. 

Reanna loves to travel—but is just as happy at home with her two dogs, Stella and Louise.

Erin Griffin is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi College and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Mississippi State University. She began her career in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she developed a strong foundation in critical care and patient-centered treatment.

Originally from Mississippi, Erin recently moved to Birmingham and is thrilled to be part of Vulcan Wellness and Aesthetics, where she is passionate about helping clients feel their absolute best—inside and out. She brings a calm, caring presence to every interaction and is committed to delivering personalized, compassionate care.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys reading, music, and spending time with friends and family. She’s married to her high school sweetheart and shares her home with two cats, Butters and Binx. 

Natalie is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University (2021). She also serves as a Clinical Associate for Auburn University’s College of Nursing and works as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department in Birmingham. Born, raised, and now residing in Columbiana, AL, Natalie is married to her high school sweetheart. Together, they have two young children—just 14 months apart—and their first “baby,” a Boykin Spaniel. 

Natalie feels honored to be part of the Vulcan family, sharing that she “loves a work environment that teaches, guides, and encourages everyone who walks through the door—whether patients or coworkers—to become a better version of themselves, both physically and emotionally.”

Rebekah graduated from LSU with a degree in Mass Communications. Geaux Tigers! She brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising and digital media. She loves building brands, engaging audiences, and driving strategic growth. 

When she is not Ubering her 2 teenagers, she loves traveling, especially to the beach and trying new restaurants around Birmingham.
