Does Vulcan take insurance?

At this time, we do not accept insurance. We do accept payment via cash, credit card, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

What happens at the first appointment?

You will meet with one of our physicians for a 30-minute consultation to discuss your medical history, weight history, and personalized options that work for you and your budget.

How can I prepare for my appointment?

We suggest calling your insurance provider to ask about weight loss medication coverage  (specifically GLP-1 drugs like Wegovy and Zepbound) and any prerequisites they may require.

What if my insurance doesn't cover weight loss medications?

No worries! Our physicians are very knowledgeable about weight management and will provide you with alternative options that suit your needs.

Our weight management clients have access to a registered dietitian who provides customized nutrition counseling to help modify diet to achieve better results and improved health.
